How does RateDrop work?

Add your flexible Accor reservation once and we start scanning daily inventories, member-only rates, and promotional deals. When we find a lower price or better inclusions, we rebook the stay for you, Accor emails the updated confirmation, and we follow up so you can cancel the old booking and lock in the savings.

Do I need flexible bookings for RateDrop to work?

Yes. We can only move you to a better deal when your rate allows changes. When booking direct with Accor, aim for flexible or semi-flexible fares. If a prepaid offer is unavoidable, add a note in RateDrop and the concierge desk can suggest backup options or timing.

Do I still earn status credits, reward points, and benefits?

Yes. Every rebooking is made under your existing Accor Live Limitless profile. Your status credits, points, and on-property perks stay intact—and in many cases we unlock extra benefits at a lower price. We’ll highlight any upgrades or inclusions in the RateDrop email.

What details do you need to monitor a booking?

We collect your contact details, Accor membership number, and the core booking data (hotel, dates, confirmation number, price) so we can manage rebookings on your behalf. The information is stored securely and only the concierge team can access it. Once your profile is complete you’re upgraded to Silver Tier, which lets you monitor up to three bookings with weekly checks. Concierge plans increase limits and give you daily sweeps.

What’s the difference between Free and Concierge plans?

RateDrop Free sweeps your bookings weekly and includes up to three monitored stays. Concierge members get daily checks, support for multiple RateDrops per booking, higher booking limits, and dedicated concierge help for loyalty strategy.

How do I unlock RateDrop Free?

RateDrop Free is designed for guests who book directly with Accor. Create your RateDrop account, complete your profile, and when you want us to handle the reservation use the concierge request form. We’ll confirm the booking with Accor, activate monitoring, and you keep every benefit.

How often do you check for better rates?

Free members receive weekly sweeps every Monday. Concierge tiers monitor daily (and more frequently for high-value stays) so you hear about drops as soon as they appear. Daily monitoring means daily oversight, not daily reporting emails unless there is a meaningful update.

Is there a minimum saving before you rebook?

We typically trigger a RateDrop when the new price is at least 2% lower or adds meaningful inclusions. For Concierge members we’ll confirm any change you care about, even if the amount is smaller.

Can you handle multi-room or multi-night itineraries?

Yes. Add each confirmation to your dashboard, include the room count, and note any linking preferences in the booking notes. Multi-room entry support is on the way, and we already review connected stays together so nothing gets split.

What if I booked through a corporate or agent rate?

We can monitor most direct Accor and corporate codes. Save your negotiated codes (HERA, Accor Preferred, etc.) in your profile and mention any agent or special arrangements in the booking notes so we can compare like-for-like pricing.

How do cancellations or changes work after a RateDrop?

We only move you onto flexible or equivalent cancellation terms. If the new rate is stricter, we’ll confirm with you before proceeding so you’re always comfortable with the change.

Can I remove my bookings or data?

Absolutely. Delete a booking from your dashboard or email the concierge and we’ll remove monitoring data immediately. We can also wipe your entire account on request.
