Member Benefit Terms
- 1. After a booking is taken over by the concierge team, it must remain managed by RateDrop for this offer to apply.
- 2. Before cancelling or changing a managed booking, contact RateDrop first so we can advise and protect your savings.
- 3. If a booking is cancelled or rebooked directly without contacting us, unlimited RateDrop coverage may be removed for that booking.
